Paul is a seasoned commercial real estate leader with over 30 years of experience. Paul has held leadership roles at top agencies like JLL, Colliers International and Knight Frank. His expertise lies in aligning client investment goals with market opportunities and staying ahead of market trends.

Paul has negotiated some of Melbourne’s largest commercial deals, consistently achieving positive outcomes for his clients. His relationship-driven approach has built an extensive network of local and international property professionals.

He is a fully licensed real estate agent with the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.

Nathan is a Director at OneEast Capital. As a former Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute, Nathan leverages his valuation expertise to critically assess and analyse new investment opportunities for our clients.

He leads comprehensive financial modelling for both new acquisitions and existing assets in our portfolio.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Property & Real Estate from Deakin University.

Adam is a commercially focused Property & Asset Management Executive with more than 20 years' experience driving performance across retail, office, mixed-use, healthcare and commercial property portfolios.

Recognised for combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups, and delivering commercially sound solutions that improve NOI, asset value and portfolio performance.

Caroline is an Operations Advisor with over a decade experience. She has previously worked with privately owned businesses, family offices and ASX-listed companies.
